This is my own estimate on my restaurant remodel projects.
1. Sheets set up for me
My agent sets up every sheet (T1.0, A1.0, A2.0 and more) with my xref title block for that project. It also adds the north arrow and the baseplan. About 95% of this work is now automatic.
2. Baseplan ready to annotate
On every sheet it freezes layers and changes the colors and linetypes of the baseplan. I open the sheet and start annotating.
3. Schedules and cover sheet
It builds schedules like lighting on the RCP, equipment on the kitchen plan, and power on the electric plan. By hand, schedules can take about 15% of CD time. It can also update my T1.0 cover sheet with the applicable codes and areas.
Your files stay safe. The AI only looks at the specific folder you tell it to. Nothing else on your computer or network.
